FKL IMPACTORS

FKL is a special IMPACTOR that works like an automated sledgehammer. It produces sudden blows able to move sticky and clinging products.

With its high acceleration it is capable of moving products that don't usually respond to standard rotary or linear vibration.

Time between impacts is adjustable from 3 seconds up to 1 day depending on timer regulation.

Being able to knock off stubborn material adhering to hopper walls, FKL are outstanding at preventing product bridging and ratholing.

How it works
Compressed air keeps the piston against the spring
When air is rapidly vented,the spring fires the piston against
the bottom plate. As air is reapplied, the piston is reloaded.

Maintenance
Vibrator must be securely mounted to a flat smooth surface.
Use locknuts, locking washers or loctite when tightening bolts.

The Impactor can be operated with dry compressed air
and,therefore, not lubricated.
If compressed air containing oil is selected, then such air
must be always used since impactor factory added lubrication
will be flushed out as the result of the air containing oil.
