SMALL CONCRETE VIBRATORS
Powtek small concrete vibrators generate an excellent concrete densification without the destructive force of larger dual roller models.
Average force ranges from 1000 to 3000 lbs.
Vibrator high frequency produces a remarkable surface finish.
These vibrators are widely used in precast molds,
in wall panels with thickness of less than 8”
and in forms with thin gauges.
The vibrator uses compressed air to turn a roller.
This allows air to be channeled from a vane through the unit
and then through the exhaust.
Two types are available:
CR models are portable and work with small weld-on brackets.
DR models have a bolt mount
